I’m almost 70 and have had digestive issues my whole life – I had surgery for colon polyps that just wasn’t healing, I’ve had chronic hemorrhoids, diverticulosis, and my gut has just always felt bad, it was part of my daily life. Since I started working with Ann, the results have been almost unbelievable – but very real! The diverticulosis is healing, I’m finally healing completely from the polyp surgery, and I can honestly say my gut has never felt this good in my whole life.

I started to work with Ann because of social anxiety – it was pretty severe. I never felt comfortable in any social situation, even with my family. And I wanted to create a healthy and happy romantic relationship with a woman, and could never bring myself to ask anyone out, and it just seemed like I would always be alone. As we released trapped emotional energies, it was like I was able to see everything differently. I just found myself more at peace, about everything. Then I noticed at work I started to talk with people I’d worked with for years in a way I never had before, and I stopped dreading it and started enjoying my daily life. And I started dating, and am actually having fun, even though just the idea terrified me before! I feel like I’m finally really living my own life the way I always wanted to.

I was struggling and very stressed about nursing my son – my milk supply was decreasing and he was starting to refuse to nurse and to really prefer the bottle. This was so upsetting, nursing is very important to me and I felt like my body was failing me. We did several sessions with Ann, working on both me and my son, and it was really eye opening! I was able to see that there were things that were impacting our nursing experience that I just had no idea about before, and that my own feelings of frustration and failure were affecting my son and just making things worse. I am so pleased with the results! My milk has gone back up and feels much more stable, and I’m so happy because my son is really happily nursing again! Those special moments when he is really engaged, touching my face and looking at me when we are nursing, are back! It’s hard to express how much that means to me.

I was about 11 weeks into my pregnancy when I started working with Ann Hession, and I was miserable, throwing up 5-7 times a day, every day – just non-functional, had to spend most of the day every day lying down, unable to do anything including taking care of my kids. I was even hospitalized for dehydration and was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum. I didn’t know what to expect from the sessions, but as we worked through the different “imbalances” that were showing up, it was so interesting to have her identify things from my past that I could remember – it was so accurate – and then to have those emotions cleared away was really great. When I first reached out to Ann, I was feeling helpless, I couldn’t work, didn’t know how I could survive. I didn’t want to live. I was overwhelmed with so much – physically I was experiencing a lot of side effects from a medication, including twitching, shaking, pain, headaches, and intense anxiety, and I was struggling with the passing of my infant daughter and deep depression. Now I can feel my body slowly healing over time, the pain in my arms and legs has gone from 8 out of 10 intensity to a 3 and much less often, and the twitching, and anxiety have gone way down. “I scheduled a session with Ann because my “morning sickness” was awful – I was throwing up 6-7 times a day, and I was extremely tired, couldn’t do more than just sleep most of the day.

During the first session, it seemed to me I could actually feel the energy moving and shifting in my body, and I got significant relief right away, only throwing up a couple of times a day.

Since the second session it’s been pretty awesome, I’m not throwing up at all any more, and I have way more energy, and I’m able to cook again – I hadn’t been able to cook a thing in over a month!”

Before I started working with Ann, I was experiencing really awful morning sickness every day — it had lasted for months. Any physical activity at all, even trying to take a shower, or getting dressed, made me dizzy and nauseous. And it contributed to insomnia, too, I could sleep for 2-3 hours at most, I was exhausted. We did three healing sessions together, and the results have been amazing! After the first session I was able to sleep, after the second session the nausea was much less, and after the third session there was a major change! I can function much better, and the only times I experience any nausea is if something else causes it, like if I don’t get enough sleep for some other reason, then I’ll wake up feeling a little nauseous for just a little while, and it’s very mild. Other than that, I really am not experiencing it at all. It’s been such a great improvement!
